Giving Back to Morris County

Serving our community because to us, you are family.
A minimalist background with a large light blue area covering most of the image, and a diagonal white strip at the top. Five women, four in maroon scrubs and one in gray, stand indoors holding black kittens and wearing face masks. They appear to be veterinary staff admiring the kittens in a waiting room. A golden retriever on a leash sits in a hallway, looking at an older woman standing and smiling in a doorway. There is a potted plant nearby and the setting appears to be indoors, possibly in a care facility. Three people smile for a photo outdoors on a sunny day, with a small white dog in the arms of the woman on the left. Other people and blue sky with clouds are visible in the background. A person in blue scrubs and gloves holds a young fawn. In the background, a white animal control vehicle is partially visible with "ANIMAL CONTROL" written on the side.

We love Denville and Morris County, and ever since MountainView Veterinary Hospital first opened its doors we’ve strived to do all we can to give back to the community we serve. Dr. Boggier and our entire veterinary team remain committed to improving the lives of animals, even when it means going beyond the walls of our hospital.

Shelters

MountainView Animal Hospital is a proud member of the Association of Shelter Veterinarians.

We partner with rescue organizations on the local and national level, supporting efforts to find loving homes for lost, abandoned, and homeless pets. We also provide spays, neuters, vaccines, medications, and wellness visits for many of the rescue and shelter animals.  These include Randolph Regional Animal Shelter, Denville Animal Shelter, Jersey Pits Rescue, Montville Animal Shelter, NorthStar Pet Rescue, Eleventh Hour Rescue, German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of New Jersey, Echo Dogs White Shepherd Rescue, and  French Bulldog Rescue Network.

Wildlife

We also provide veterinary services to animals from Antler Ridge Wildlife Sanctuary, a 120-acre preserved farm located in Warren County, New Jersey. Antler Ridge is a wildlife rehabilitation center that provides vital care and treatment to sick, injured or orphaned wildlife.

Two tiny baby raccoons are snuggled together, eyes closed, nestled in a soft, light gray blanket. Their black noses and small claws are visible, and their faces touch as they sleep closely side by side.

Locally

On a local level, we are a proud contributor to our town’s annual Denville Days festivities, and each year sponsor a petting zoo as part of the event. We also sponsor events in Denville and other surrounding towns.

Our hospital offers discounts for all active duty military and law enforcement personnel, and we contribute regularly to causes for veterans.

MountainView Veterinary Hospital continues to serve the people and pets of Denville and surrounding areas in every way we can. For more information or to get involved, please contact us.
