For support beyond regular business hours, we offer several options:
- MountainView Veterinary Hospital has teamed up with VetTriage to provide an emergency triage service for our clients. The VetTriage veterinarians are available 24/7 and for a small fee ($50), will assess your pet on a live video chat within minutes to determine if your pet requires immediate emergency care or can be monitored at home until a regularly scheduled appointment is available. In the event of an emergency, they will coordinate your visit to our emergency service. Begin your triage session.
- If you do not have video capabilities or internet access, please call 1 (800) 940-1921 to pay over the phone and be connected to a VetTriage veterinarian.
- Telemedicine support with Dr. Elizabeth Boggier (current clients only). Detail can be found here
- We offer an early drop-off service at 7:30 am, Monday through Friday.
- Our after-hours voice message will also provide several local options for emergency veterinary care.
