During your first appointment, be sure to bring any prior histories you have on your pet. Blood test results, vaccinations, X-rays, or other documents from previous veterinary visits, or even a few notes jotted down from memory, are quite helpful to us.
Please note that we also accept all pet insurance, so kindly bring a copy of the claim form to the visit.
Please make us aware of any reactions to medications you’re aware of, and feel free to call ahead if your pet requires special accommodations or may not do well with other pets. Our doctors are certainly more than willing to work with you to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
